Al Sami Jewellery – Exchange & Upgrade Policy

At Al Sami Jewellery, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction by offering a flexible exchange and upgrade experience that aligns with the highest standards of quality and service.

Exchange Policy

Within 10 Days of Purchase

  • Items can be exchanged for products of equal value (as per the original invoice) or for store credit of the same value.

  • Items must be in original condition, with no signs of use.

  • One-time exchange allowed within this period.

After 10 Days and Up to One Year

  • Items can be exchanged after deducting refurbishment costs, not exceeding 25% of the original value.

  • The new item must be of higher value than the exchanged item.

After One Year

  • Items will be evaluated based on raw material components and current market prices.

  • The new item must be of higher value than the exchanged item.

Important Conditions

  • Original invoice or proof of purchase is required for any exchange or upgrade.

  • Evaluation, exchange, or upgrade may take up to 5 business days.

  • Refunds are only allowed within 7 days for irreparable manufacturing defects.

  • Watches and custom-designed pieces are not eligible for exchange or upgrade.

  • This policy is valid only in the country of purchase.
