Can I get a VAT refund on my purchases, and what are the conditions and process?
Yes, visitors and tourists who are non residents in the UAE can claim a 5% VAT refund upon departure. The refund can be
processed at designated refund offices in airports or through electronic kiosks in malls. To qualify, the buyer must be a
non-resident tourist, meet the minimum purchase amount required, and present the original invoice stamped with the TaxFree system.
